Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings to uphold hygiene standards.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and other designated areas.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all assigned locations.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
