About Shakers KIDS
Shakers KIDS delivers fun, energetic exercise and physical development sessions to children aged 6 months to 6 years in nurseries and schools across London, Greater London and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and reliable Children’s Physical Development Leader to join our growing team and deliver exciting classes across Chiswick, Ealing, Feltham, East Sheen, Olympia and surrounding areas.
About the Role
This role would suit someone based in West London or the surrounding areas who enjoys working with young children and is looking for a rewarding and flexible position.
You will lead engaging, music-based physical activity sessions that help children develop confidence, coordination, listening skills and healthy habits through movement and exercise.
No two days are the same, so we are looking for someone who can bring energy, imagination and enthusiasm to every class.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Love working with children aged 6 months to 6 years
- Be confident leading groups of children independently
- Have a positive, energetic and engaging personality
- Be reliable, organised and able to use their own initiative
- Be willing to travel between nursery settings
- Ideally have experience in childcare, fitness, dance, teaching or coaching (although full training will be provided)
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle
- Willingness to travel throughout the area
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Hours
Part-time – approximately 15 - 20 hours per week
Typical hours:
Monday 9.30am - 12.30pm
Tuesday 9.30am - 3pm
Wednesday 9.30am - 3.30pm
Thursday 9.30am - 3.30pm
Working days and hours to be agreed following successful completion of training.
