Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive
- Take and serve orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and maintain service flow
- Manage table settings, cleanliness, and overall restaurant ambiance to uphold high standards of hospitality
- Handle cash register operations, process payments accurately, and provide receipts with a positive attitude
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including catering options and beverage selections such as coffee or barista offerings
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently to guarantee guest health and satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with an energetic, approachable personality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food safety standards and procedures to ensure compliance and guest safety
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
- Knowledge of catering services and food presentation techniques is advantageous
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
