Customer Service Advisor (Wimbledon)
Pay: £13.45–£16.80 per hour (overtime after 40 hours)

About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our professional car and van rental business. Kendall Cars Ltd operates 14 branches across the Southeast with a fleet of over 1,500 vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, family‑run company with a strong reputation for customer care.
This role is based on the front desk at our Wimbledon branch, providing hands‑on support to customers and the wider team.
Principal Duties
- Greet customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
- Deliver a high‑quality rental service that meets customer needs and promotes our products and services.
- Handle all telephone and face‑to‑face enquiries.
- Complete vehicle handovers, ensuring customers understand all relevant information.
- Carry out all administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Occasionally collect and deliver vehicles to customers, other branches or dealerships.
- Devote full time, attention and ability to your duties, working diligently and promoting the interests of the Company.
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable, positive individual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Computer literate.
- Strong communication skills, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Confident multitasker with strong problem‑solving skills.
- A team player with good relationship‑building skills.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Full UK driving licence (required).
- No previous automotive experience needed — full training provided.

- Tuesday: 7am–5pm
- Wednesday: 7am–5pm
- Thursday: 7am–5pm
- Friday: 7am–5pm
- Saturday: 7am–12pm
- Sunday: Off
