We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Dental Nurse to join our thriving practice and play a key role in leading our nursing team while helping to deliver exceptional patient care.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled dental nurse looking to take the next step in their career, combining clinical excellence with team leadership and practice support.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and support the dental nursing team
- Ensure compliance with HIW requirements and infection prevention protocols
- Oversee the management of clinical stock, equipment, and materials
- Provide chairside support to clinicians across a range of treatments
- Maintain exceptional standards of patient care and patient experience
- Assist with staff training, development, and performance support
- Contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the practice
