Lunchtime Supervisor (Part-Time)
16 hours per week | Monday–Friday
We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team.
This is a key role within the nursery, supporting children during mealtimes and helping to create a calm, safe and enjoyable environment in the middle of a busy day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting children during lunch, encouraging independence and good table manners
- Creating a positive, relaxed and inclusive mealtime experience
- Supervising children both indoors and outdoors during the lunchtime period
- Promoting good behaviour and supporting children’s social development
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth transition between sessions
What we’re looking for:
- A warm, patient and nurturing approach
- Someone who is reliable and enjoys working as part of a team
- Good communication skills with both children and staff
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare is desirable, but not essential — the right attitude and approach are just as important.
All successful candidates will be subject to receipt of an enhanced DBS
