Duties

- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using our practice management software
- Manage patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
- Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about dental services and procedures
- Collect payments, process insurance claims, and verify patient insurance details
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely flow of patient care and appointment scheduling
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects professionalism and friendliness
Requirements
- Previous office experience or administrative experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
