Chef de Partie | We're recruiting for two Chef de Partie opportunities across our premium corporate client sites in London, with vacancies available in the NW1 and King's Cross areas.

What you'll do

Prepare, cook and present fresh, high-quality dishes

Take ownership of your designated kitchen section

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations

Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards

Assist with menu development and seasonal food offers

Check deliveries, record temperatures and store stock correctly
-
Monitor food quality, freshness and stock rotation
-
Minimise food waste and support sustainability initiatives
-
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen
-
Complete food safety, HACCP and temperature records

Support hospitality events and special functions
-
Mentor and support junior members of the kitchen team

Deliver outstanding customer service

Follow all food safety, health & safety and company procedures
What you'll bring

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
-
Professional cookery qualification or equivalent experience
-
Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation
-
Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene legislation
-
Passion for producing exceptional food

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen

Excellent organisational and time management skills
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
A proactive, flexible and positive approach

Commitment to delivering consistently high standards
Desirable:

First Aid qualification

Health & Safety knowledge

Experience within a premium corporate, hotel or hospitality environment

Experience supporting menu development and mentoring colleagues
