An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Farm Manager to join a well-established farming enterprise specialising in breeding, livestock management, and general farm operations. This role is ideal for someone with a farming or agricultural background who is looking to develop their skills and progress into a management position within a well-established agricultural business.
Responsibilities:

Feeding and caring for livestock

Loading and unloading of livestock
-
General farm maintenance
-
Supporting reproductive management processes within the farming operation.

Supporting the Farm Manager in the day-to-day running of the enterprise
-
Maintaining high standards of animal welfare and farm biosecurity
Candidate Requirements:

Previous farming, agricultural, or livestock experience essential

Practical, hands-on approach to work

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Comfortable working with livestock in a physically demanding environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Ambition to develop into a Farm Management role
