As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen is prepared to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver consistently excellent food while maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.

Responsibilities
- Run your designated section during service.
- Prepare ingredients and mise en place to the highest standard.
- Ensure dishes are presented consistently and accurately.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise waste.
- Support junior chefs with training and development.
- Work efficiently during busy services while maintaining quality.
- Assist with deliveries and stock rotation.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and daily specials.
- Help maintain a positive, professional kitchen environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
- Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, hardworking and a genuine team player.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
