WHAT YOU WILL DO
– Create exceptional cocktails,aperitivi,coffees and drinks that reflect the elegance of GiGi
– Guide guests through our drinks menu with confidence,making thoughtful recommendations based on their tastes and the occasion
– Build genuine relationships with guests,recognising returning faces and creating a welcoming atmosphere
– Prepare every drink with consistency,precision and pride,ensuring every serve meets the GiGi standard
– Maintain a beautifully presented,organised and fully stocked bar throughout service
– Work seamlessly with the restaurant team to ensure drinks and food are delivered with perfect timing
– Bring energy and personality to the bar whilst adapting your style to every guest and every occasion
– Develop a deep knowledge of our wines,spirits,cocktails and Italian drinking culture
– Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness,preparation and attention to detail
– Help make the bar a destination guests choose to visit,not simply pass through

EXPERIENCE
– Previous bartending experience within a quality hospitality environment is preferred
– Confidence preparing classic cocktails,premium spirits and high-quality coffee
– A passion for Italian aperitivo culture,wine and hospitality
– Experience working in a fast-paced,guest-focused environment
– A desire to continually develop your knowledge and become an expert in your craft
– The ambition to grow with GiGi as we build something truly special
