Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a good background in maintenance. This role requires a proactive and dedicated individual who is looking to join a friendly team In a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily job sheets set by Property Management.
- Carry out repairs to occupied properties.
- Work in void (empty) properties, getting them ready to let as quickly as possible.
- Removals or Lifting may be required
- Carry out gardening tasks
- Carry out ad-hoc journeys to deliver keys or other items if needed.
- Take before and after photos of work completed.
- Feedback to Property Management on job completed or any issues faced.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance-related inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and implement improvements as needed.
Experience
- At-least 1-2 years experience in a maintenance role.
- Ability to take instructions effectively.
- Ability to carry out basic electrical and plumbing work.
- Ability to decorate properties.
- Ability to carry out general 'handy-man' related tasks.
- Ability to lift and remove heavy items.
- Ability to change locks is preferred
- Ability to install electric showers and hobs are preferred.
- Good spoken English, for effective communication within the team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Customer service must be to a professional standard.
The ideal candidate will have a diverse range of skills and will be a reliable and dedicated individual.
Full UK Drivers Licence is required.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
