If you are passionate about cooking, you should apply for the following post at Stepping Stones Day Nursery.
You'll be working in a team of two under the management of a chef that has worked at Stepping Stones for over a decade. Fresh meals are prepared on-site daily for around 110 children.
Hours will be 10.00-16.30
Staff are provided with healthcare through Westfield Health, which allows you to claim back the costs of dental treatments, physiotherapy etc.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Pot washing
- Cleaning
- Putting away deliveries
- Assisting the chef as and when required.
- Need to be physically fit
- Have experience working in busy kitchens
- Covering the cooking in the absence of the cook
Qualifications
- Basic food hygiene is essential, however, a refresher course will be provided for the right candidate.
