JOB SUMMARY
Homemore is committed to offering a safe and secure environment to its residents, so staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Night Team currently requires support across sites on a temporary, 6 month basis contract.
This role is for evenings (17:00-01:00) with potential to cover holidays, work overtime and on call opportunities. There is opportunity to work Mon - Fri on a full time basis, or part time work Fri, Sat and Sun.
Uniform is required and professional presentation is essential to identify the Night Team to residents across our sites. This role is integral to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reacting to any issues across sites;
- Maintaining updated and accurate resident information and data;
- Performing site patrols, welfare checks and building security checks;
- Documenting interactions with residents and services on our reporting system;
- Receiving calls/visitors from emergency services and local authorities;
- Enforcing Homemore house rules;
- Highlighting safeguarding concerns regarding residents;
- On-call responsibilities if desired and overtime available;

Essential:
- Driving licence
- Keeping good administration records and organisational skills;
- Worked in a safety role before
- Handling and de-escalating highly pressured situations;
- Working collaboratively and independently;
- Confident and assertive;
- Strong professional boundaries.
Desirable:
- Working with vulnerable people;
- SIA licence;
- Recording information and data;
- Enforcing a strict set of guidelines and boundaries.

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
