The Role:
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and professional Beauty Therapist to join our growing team on a part-time or full time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality treatments and excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of beauty and advanced skincare treatments while also supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic, including reception and front-of-house duties when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of professional beauty and advanced skincare treatments to a high standard
- Deliver exceptional client care and build long-lasting relationships
- Carry out consultations and provide tailored treatment plans
- Assist with front-of-house duties, including greeting clients, booking appointments, and handling enquiries
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the clinic
- Promote treatments and retail products where appropriate
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy (essential)
- Level 4 qualification in beauty/advanced treatments (desirable)
- Previous salon or clinic experience
- Confident in delivering both treatments and client consultations
- Comfortable supporting reception duties as part of the role
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
Desirable (Not Essential):
- Environ skincare training or experience
- Experience in advanced treatments such as microneedling, CACI, Hydro2 facials, electrolysis, and threading
