The Role
To provide inspirational leadership; create a positive culture; champion safeguarding; lead quality improvement and Ofsted readiness; develop future leaders; promote inclusion and early intervention; oversee budgets, occupancy and resource management.
Essential Requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification; leadership qualification (Level 5 or willingness to work towards); significant leadership experience; strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge; experience managing teams and quality improvement.
