We are seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. Duties
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Assist with the assembly, packaging, and quality inspection of products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support the loading and unloading of materials and finished goods.
- Follow production schedules to meet daily targets efficiently.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during shifts.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures within a factory environment.
- Ability to operate manual handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts as required by production needs.
