Full time Lettings negotiator
Starting ASAP
Must have a full UK driving license and use of own vehicle
Experience not necessary, training will be given.
Salary is £30,000per annum subject to a 3-month probationary period + mileage and expenses.
Standard working hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm plus being available to deal with out of hours viewings at-least once a week and work some hours on a Saturday on rotation.
We are a rapidly growing property company based in Burley Leeds (LS4) and are building a portfolio of managed rental properties as well as offering sourcing/portfolio building and refurb project management service.
We have a very dynamic business model and very aggressive expansion plans.
We are currently looking for a lettings negotiator to join the team
Ambition and attitude are essential.
The successful candidate will be given the role of lettings negotiator and will be responsible for arranging and completing viewings as well as negotiating deals and letting properties. They will also be required to look after all field-based activities such as check in’s, check out’s, inspections, assessing complex queries and generally being the eyes and the ears of the business outside the office.
They will also be required to update social media with property listings and make sure our properties are best exposed at all times.
The role will be mixed between being office based and out in the field
