Approach Personnel is recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Nottingham team. You will support experienced Recruitment Consultants in supplying reliable, skilled workers across the construction, trades and labour sectors.
This is a fast-paced, office-based recruitment role with full training, clear progression and excellent earning potential. Whether you already have recruitment experience or are looking for your first role in the industry, we want to hear from driven people who enjoy speaking to people and working towards targets.

Approach Personnel is an established construction recruitment agency, supplying temporary and permanent staff to construction businesses nationwide. We work with major contractors and have built long-standing relationships by delivering quality candidates and a reliable service.
The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for finding, engaging and supporting construction candidates for live vacancies.
Your duties will include:
- Sourcing candidates for construction, trades and labour vacancies
- Writing and managing job adverts on Indeed and other job boards
- Reviewing CVs and responding to job applications
- Making outbound calls to identify and register suitable candidates
- Conducting telephone interviews and qualifying candidates
- Building strong, long-term relationships with workers
- Checking right-to-work documents, CSCS cards, tickets, references and compliance
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants with live vacancies, bookings and placements
- Keeping accurate candidate records on our CRM system
- Working towards individual and team targets

- Confidence speaking to a wide range of people
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy recruitment environment
- Resilience, energy and a willingness to learn
- Previous recruitment, sales, customer service or telesales experience is desirable, but not essential
- An interest in construction recruitment, trades or labour is beneficial
