An Investment Manager identifies, evaluates, and manages investment opportunities for the firm's venture capital and private equity portfolios. The role involves conducting financial analysis, performing due diligence, supporting portfolio companies, and building relationships with entrepreneurs and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and assess new investment opportunities.
- Conduct financial modelling and commercial due diligence.
- Prepare investment proposals and recommendations.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies.
- Build relationships with business founders, investors, and advisers.
- Support fundraising, transactions, and portfolio exits.
- Ensure compliance with internal investment policies and regulatory requirements.
Pay: From £6,700.00 per month
