Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Early Years Educator to join our team, creating engaging activities and fostering a nurturing environment in keeping with our ethos and curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan age-appropriate, developmental activities.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom.
- Communicate regularly with parents on child progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues and guide assistant staff.
- Ensuring fully inclusive practice
- Lead a team effectively
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Early Childhood Education qualification.
- GCSE maths and English
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proven childcare experience.
