We are hiring freelance Student Recruitment Consultants on behalf of a UK student recruitment consultancy that helps adults enter university through supported entry routes. If you know UK-based adults who genuinely want to get into university: friends, family, community, colleagues, you can earn commission for every one who enrols and attends.
How the pay works
This is a commission-only role, where you are paid for each student you refer who genuinely enrols at university and continues attending. There is no salary / no hourly rate.
Commission per enrolled student (per intake):
- 1-9 enrolled students → £600 per enrolled student
- 10-19 enrolled students → £750 per enrolled student
- 20+ enrolled students → £1,000 per enrolled student, plus eligibility for a £5,000 advance
Reach a higher tier and the higher rate applies to every confirmed student in that intake. Example: 12 students who enrol and attend = £750 each = £9,000 for that intake.
How the three payments work
Your commission for each student is paid in three equal instalments across the academic year, as your student progresses:
- Payment 1, end of Term 1: your student is attending classes and has submitted their first assignments
- Payment 2, end of Term 2: continued attendance and coursework, with no funding or compliance issues
- Payment 3, progression: the university confirms your student has re-enrolled or progressed to the next stage
Each payment is one-third of your per-student rate, so at the £750 tier, that's three payments of £250 per student. No payment is made for withdrawn, non-attending, or non-genuine applicants.
About the Role
