Coylumbridge Resort Hotel located in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our Food & Beverage team. In this exciting role, you’ll take charge of the daily kitchen operations- delivering exceptional dishes, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and service. What You'll Do:
- Support and guide a passionate kitchen team in creating high-quality, memorable meals across our resort’s 3 outlets.
- Champion sustainability, creativity, and seasonality in every dish.
- Ensure consistent excellence in food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with our Food & Beverage and resort leadership team to elevate the guest experience.
- Mentor and develop chefs at all levels.
We’re looking for a leader with a love for food, people, and hospitality. A flexible schedule, own transport, and availability during evenings, weekends, and the festive season are required.
