Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Safety Manager to join our team at North London Partnership Trust. Must have NHS Experience, This vital role based in St Ann's Hospital focuses on contributing to improvements in the quality and safety of services for our patients and service users, drawing on information and learning from the various sources in and external to the Trust.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop patient safety initiatives across multiple NHS Trusts.
- Monitor and analyze safety data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to implement safety protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Provide training and support on patient safety best practices.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Report on safety performance metrics to senior management.

- Qualifications
- Proven experience in patient safety or healthcare quality management.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze data and develop improvement strategies.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in patient safety or healthcare quality are advantageous.
