Off Sales Supervisor
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the off-licence by delivering great customer service and making sure all tasks set by management are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete activites as delegated by the general manager (tills, stocking, cleaning, deliveries)
- Be self motivated, to complete tasks without prompting.
- Lead by example in delivering friendly, efficient service
- Step in where needed to keep everything on track and resolve issues
- Oversee opening/closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store by keeping shelves fully stocked, faced up, and ready for sales
- Manage queues, support busy periods, and maintain a smooth workflow
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in retail or a customer-focused environment
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop
- A positive, can-do attitude with confidence to solve problems as they arise
Desirable
- Experience working in an off-licence or similar
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00 per hour
