Bank Support Worker – Supported Living

£12.80 per hour + £60 per sleep shift

We are looking for caring, committed, and motivated Support Workers to join our Supported Living services in Cheshire on a bank basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and complex behaviours to live independent and fulfilling lives.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you will support people with everyday living while promoting independence, dignity, and choice. Your role may include:
- Delivering positive behaviour support
- Supporting with medication administration
- Helping individuals access the community and social activities
- Supporting with finances and daily living tasks
- Attending appointments and advocating when needed
- Encouraging independence and person-centred outcomes
Shift Patterns
Flexible bank shifts available including:
- AM shifts
- PM shifts
- Sleep-ins
- Waking nights
- Weekend work
This role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility and varied work across supported living services.

- A driver is desirable but not essential
