The Role:
The Bear Hotel, nestled in the heart of the community in Cowbridge, is searching for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This role will support the Food and Beverage Assistant Managers in overseeing the daily operations and provide hands-on leadership focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences rooted in Welsh hospitality. What does work as a Food & Beverage Supervisor look like:
Food & Beverage Maestro: You will be passionate and help us deliver and create exceptional customer experiences by bringing new ideas to help us improve and work collaboratively with our Food & Beverage Assistant Managers to deliver exceptional guest experience.
Team Player: You will be a vital part of the team and contribute to the creation and execution of exceptional guest experiences. Teamwork plays an important role in our success and helps us achieve our goal of making every day experiences special.
Supervisory: You will support the Food & Beverage Assistant Managers in daily operations and briefings and participate in weekly and monthly meetings. You will lead by example to inspire the team in delivering exceptional standards of performance across all areas of the F&B department, including events, restaurant, bar, room service and outdoor events.
