SEERS Medical Ltd is the leading UK Manufacturer of Medical Couches, Treatment Tables and Ergonomic Seating. Products are designed & manufactured at our headquarters in Debenham, Suffolk.

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to act as a welcoming face and first point of contact for our staff, clients and visitors. The role also involves providing administrative support for various departments; particularly Logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting staff and visitors onto site and issuing security passes as necessary
- Accepting and distributing incoming mail
- Answering the telephone and directing calls
- Monitoring any required mailboxes, responding to queries and forwarding to relevant departments
- Assisting departments with administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying etc
- Assisting with events and providing refreshments for visitors
- Management of resources such as office supplies
Qualifications, Skills and Experience required
Essential
- Previous receptionist / administration experience
- Strong I.T and communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Excellent organisational
- Friendly approachable manner
- Ability to problem solve and a helpful can-do attitude
Desirable
Hours are 7.45am – 4pm, Mon – Friday, with half an hour deducted for lunch. Salary circa £25,600 p/a dependent on experience.
