We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Communicate treatment plans and options clearly to patients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and treatment continuity.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare or dental office setting is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on patient interaction.
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems.
- A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
