Summary
We are seeking a qualified Dental Nurse to join our team at Smileology - Thorndike Dental and Implant Centre. We are searching for a passionate, dynamic, driven and proactive team player who is patient-focused with the skills and confidence to approach new and existing patients. This role involves supporting clinical staff while also meeting deadlines and working within targets. The position offers an opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking team committed to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assist clinicians during procedures while maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Assisting with maintenance of the surgeries, equipment and the practice.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Support patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions.
- Ensure the clinical environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Handle administrative tasks related to patient care and practice management.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Qualified Dental Nurse certification.
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to dental practice management.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate approach to patient care.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the practice, including travelling between sites.
- Driving license preferred.
