Customer Services Advisor
Office Based: Part Time

About Us
We are designers, developers, and retailers of sports, leisure, home, garden and mobility equipment. The business is looking to recruit a dynamic, focused customer services advisor to provide first class service to our customers across Tandem Group plc.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a professional and timely manner
- Process sales orders across websites and online marketplaces accurately
- Manage customer queries, including, replacements and refunds, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update customer records using internal databases and systems
- Coordinate the dispatch of warranty and replacement parts
- Work collaboratively with other departments and provide flexible support when required
Person Specification
The successful applicant will have the ability to learn a range of different products sold across the group. Product ranges consistently change, and one needs to be pro-active in their approach to product knowledge. They must be friendly, confident, and have great people skills with the ability to listen to a customer’s needs is paramount. The successful applicant must also be able to work pro-actively & independently, be commercially and customer focused. Strong telephone skills and excellent written skills are a must and experience of certain computer packages such as Microsoft Outlook is preferable.

- Be self-motivated, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications (particularly Outlook); experience with CRM or order management systems is advantageous

Hours of work
Office based, part time role will be a minimum of 20 hours, between 8.30 am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and flexible remote weekend cover.
Salary
£13,587.60 for 20hrs (£25,476.75 Pro Rata For 37.5 hrs)
