Are you highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about getting things right?
We’re looking for an Admissions Coordinator to join HEP UK and play a key role in ensuring prospective students move smoothly through the admissions process.
You’ll be at the heart of the process — working with students, internal teams and university partners to make sure applications are accurate, complete, compliant and submitted on time.
What will you be doing?
- Checking applicant documentation and eligibility
- Preparing and quality-checking applications
- Working closely with university admissions teams and partners
- Supporting Enrolment & Retention Specialists
- Monitoring SLAs and helping resolve issues
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting
We’re looking for someone who has:
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience working with Salesforce
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
An understanding of UK Higher Education admissions
