Working 35 hours per week on the Twilight Shift (Monday to Friday, 4:00pm–11:00pm), you'll deliver compassionate, person-centred care in a welcoming, beautifully maintained home, supported by a dedicated and friendly team
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Support the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates and address concerns.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all care environments.
What We Offer:
