We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing essential administration to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in digital format
- Data entry and updating information accurately using Microsoft Office
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating calendar activities
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks as required to ensure operational efficiency
- Handling mail distribution in a timely manner
- Ensuring the organisation’s administrative procedures are followed consistently
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, particularly when people are seeking your attention
- Knowledge of Golf preferable but not essential
- Previous clerical experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided where necessary
- Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
