We’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused E-commerce Manager to lead the performance and development of our B2C and B2B e-commerce websites.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong technical and commercial e-commerce expertise with confident team leadership. You’ll take ownership of online trading across our B2B and B2C sites, managing website performance, customer journeys, digital projects and platform development.
You’ll lead the internal e-commerce team, coordinate external agencies and work closely with teams across marketing, sales, operations and finance.
The successful candidate must have strong experience using Shopify, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The Role
As E-commerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management, commercial performance and continued development of the B2B and B2C websites.
You’ll create and deliver an e-commerce strategy that reflects the different requirements of our B2C and B2B customers, while ensuring both websites provide an effective, reliable and high-quality customer experience.
You’ll manage the internal e-commerce team, coordinate external developers and digital agencies, and oversee projects from initial brief through to delivery and performance review.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the commercial performance of the B2C website and B2B website.
- Manage the day-to-day operation and development of both Shopify stores.
- Lead, support and develop the internal e-commerce team.
- Coordinate external development, design, SEO, paid media and digital agencies.
- Create and manage separate trading calendars for both brands.
- Plan and deliver product launches, promotions, campaigns and seasonal activity.
- Ensure products, pricing, imagery, descriptions, stock information and promotions are accurate and updated on time.
- Monitor sales, conversion rates, average order value, customer behaviour and other key performance indicators.
- Produce regular reports and use commercial data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Improve website navigation, product discovery, merchandising, search functionality and customer journeys.
- Develop the B2B website to meet the needs of professional piercers, studios and wholesale customers.
- Improve the B2C customer experience across jewellery, piercing and permanent jewellery categories.
- Work with the marketing team to coordinate email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, social media and customer retention activity.
- Manage integrations and data flows between Shopify, Business Central, Dynamics 365 and other business systems.
- Work closely with operations, sales and finance to improve stock accuracy, order processing, fulfilment and reporting.
- Oversee website testing, troubleshooting and the resolution of technical issues.
- Manage website development projects from initial brief through to implementation.
- Brief external agencies clearly and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.
- Maintain consistency across each brand’s visual identity, content and customer experience.
- Identify and implement improvements to increase conversion, customer retention and online revenue.
- Keep up to date with changes in e-commerce technology, customer behaviour and digital best practice.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience managing both B2B and B2C e-commerce websites.
- Strong hands-on experience using Shopify.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Previous experience managing, supporting and developing a team.
- Experience coordinating external agencies, developers and specialist suppliers.
- Strong understanding of online trading, digital merchandising and conversion rate optimisation.
- Experience using e-commerce reporting and analytics to inform commercial decisions.
- Experience managing website development projects and platform integrations.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the different needs of B2B and B2C customers.
- Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities across two brands.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to technical and commercial challenges.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within jewellery, fashion, beauty, retail or wholesale.
- Experience working with professional, trade or account-based customers.
- Knowledge of B2B customer portals, trade pricing, customer-specific pricing and wholesale ordering.
- Experience with SEO, paid media, email marketing and customer retention.
- Knowledge of product information management, warehouse systems and stock integrations.
- Experience improving customer journeys and conversion rates.
- Experience supporting international e-commerce growth.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation.

You’re commercially minded, organised and confident taking ownership of an e-commerce function across multiple brands.
You understand that B2B and B2C customers have different expectations and purchasing journeys, and you can create effective strategies for both.
You’re comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on delivery, whether you’re reviewing trading performance, improving a website journey, managing your team or coordinating a technical development project.
You’ll be a clear and confident communicator who can bring together internal departments and external partners, keeping projects focused and aligned with the commercial goals of both sites.
