NN Commercial Cleaning Ltd is growing, and we are building a young, motivated and positive canvassing team in Northampton and surrounding areas.
We are looking for friendly, reliable and confident people who enjoy speaking with others and would like the opportunity to earn an hourly wage plus additional commission.
Previous door-to-door sales experience is NOT essential.
If you have the right attitude, are comfortable talking to people and are willing to learn, we will provide the training and support you need.

What Will You Be Doing?
Your role will be to visit residential areas in Northampton and speak with potential customers about our professional window cleaning services.
You do not need to clean windows.
Your job is focused on customer acquisition.
You will:
- Visit residential areas allocated by the company
- Approach potential customers in a friendly and professional way
- Introduce NN Commercial Cleaning Ltd
- Explain our window cleaning services
- Provide basic service and pricing information
- Answer simple customer questions
- Register interested customers
- Accurately submit customer details
- Generate new customers for our cleaning teams
- Work towards individual and team goals
Once a customer has been registered and confirmed, our operational teams will carry out the cleaning service.
No Previous Experience? That's OK.
You do not need years of sales experience.

Pay
The hourly PAYE rate is:
£13.30 – £14.50 per hour
The exact starting rate will depend on previous experience and demonstrated ability.
Candidates with previous experience in sales, canvassing or customer acquisition may qualify for the higher end of the pay range.
Additional Commission
In addition to your normal hourly wage, you can earn commission on the confirmed sales you personally generate.
For every:
£500 of confirmed sales = £70 commission
Examples:
- £500 confirmed sales = £70 commission
- £1,000 confirmed sales = £140 commission
- £1,500 confirmed sales = £210 commission
- £2,000 confirmed sales = £280 commission
- £3,000 confirmed sales = £420 commission
Commission is paid in addition to your normal hourly PAYE wage and is subject to company validation of confirmed sales.
There is no fixed maximum commission.
The stronger your results, the greater your opportunity to increase your earnings.
Working Hours
Typical working hours are:
Monday to Friday
4:30pm – 7:30pm
No regular weekend work is expected.
This is a Part-Time Zero Hours Contract, so the number of hours offered may vary depending on operational requirements, available canvassing areas and business demand.
The evening schedule makes this position particularly suitable for people who already have daytime commitments.

You may also work in surrounding residential areas depending on operational requirements.
This is a field-based role, so you should be comfortable walking, working outdoors and travelling between different residential areas.
A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
