Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all administration in the engineering department

Updating the pirana system with job updates
-
Help to organise any relevant training needed for the department

Answering telephone calls, deal with any queries and passing messages on as required

Support bookings and arrangements for contractors visiting the site
-
Gathering data as required for meetings and passing over information as required
-
Assisting in placing department orders, processing delivery notes, invoices and responsible for stock management of engineering stores.

HOURS OF WORK
We offer flexibility around working days and hours, provided a minimum of 25 hours is worked between 7:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The specific work pattern can be agreed with the successful candidate to suit both their availability and the needs of the business.
