Queensway Pharmacy is seeking a motivated, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our friendly team as a Pharmacy Dispenser, with the opportunity to undertake training and progress towards becoming a qualified Pharmacy Technician.

The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in dispensing medicines, supporting patients, and contributing to the smooth running of a busy community pharmacy while receiving support and training towards a recognised Pharmacy Technician qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispensing prescriptions accurately under the supervision of the pharmacist.
- Ordering and managing patient repeat medications.
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Organising and coordinating prescription deliveries.
- Serving customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Handling patient queries professionally and confidentially.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing paperwork.
- Supporting pharmacy services and administrative duties.
- Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and standard operating procedures.

- Have excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Be confident using computers and pharmacy software systems.

- Previous pharmacy dispensing experience is desirable but not essential.
