We are looking for a compassionate, motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join the team at Crossgate Nursing Home. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring residents receive outstanding, person-centred care in a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment. You will support and develop the staff team, promote high clinical and care standards, maintain regulatory compliance, and help drive continuous improvement across the service. Pay: £38,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
