Day: 4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts)
Hours: 05:00 – 17:00
Rate of pay: £13.59 per hour

About the Role (Skilled Factory Worker - Mixer):
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Mixer Operative to join our busy Dips and Sauces production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mixing ingredients in our production machines, following detailed recipes to produce high-quality products. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients according to production recipes.
- Operate mixing machines safely and efficiently.
- Monitor mixing processes to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.
- Report any issues with ingredients, equipment, or production processes to the supervisor.
- Follow all food safety, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist with general production duties as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Comfortable working in cold conditions (approx. 5 °C in production areas)
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Physically able to work on your feet and handle ingredients and equipment safely.
- Awareness of food hygiene and safety practices is a plus.
- Previous factory or production experience is a plus but not essential
