The Role
As a Hospital Healthcare Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting Registered Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care across a variety of hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care and support to patients.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and nutrition.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions.
- Record and maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Support infection prevention and control procedures.
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain patient dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Deliver compassionate care in line with NHS values and organisational policies.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' recent UK hospital experience as a Healthcare Assistant.
- A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
- Willing to get compliant within 7-10 days
