Schedule:
- 2 weekly roster of 8 hour and 7 hour shifts (7am-3pm and 3pm-10pm)
- Contracted 28 hours per week
- Full driving license required
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
An opportunity has arisen within our team at Perran Bay Care Home, so we are on the lookout for a kind, caring and empathetic individual to help support our residents.
This role is primarily a Carer position, with occasional responsibilities as a Relief Duty Manager when covering for a Duty Manager during periods of annual leave or absence.
In this role, as well as providing care and support to our resident's, you will be given the opportunity to gain the skills, experience and qualifications you need to step into the position of relief Duty Manager.
About you
Some experience of caring for older people would be an advantage but not essential as we can provide you with all the support you need, we just ask that you have a big heart and a positive attitude.
