Role: Support Worker
Location: The Orchards, Billinge
Hours: Part-time (19.5 hours) and Full-time (39 hours) contracts available
Salary: 27,350.04 per annum, pro rata
The role is primarily based at The Orchards; however, there will be an expectation to support staffing requirements across our East Pathway when necessary, including services at Lime House and The Orchards.
Role Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our team at The Orchards. Your role will be essential in delivering person-centred care and tailored support, ensuring individuals remain at the heart of all decision-making. Your role will be essential in providing effective support, as we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of everyone, placing them at the centre of decision-making.
Experience & Skills of a support worker:

Passion for providing outstanding care and making a positive impact.
- Willingness to undertake training to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care (fully funded by Nugent).
- Previous experience in health care, particularly supporting individuals with complex needs (physical and learning disabilities, autism, mental health), is desirable but not essential.
- Good understanding of Person-Centred Care principles.
