Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR Manager across all areas of Human Resources.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and general HR processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and company documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees, providing support with general HR queries and directing matters to the HR Manager where appropriate.
- Support employees with HR-related questions, requests, and concerns, ensuring a professional and approachable service.
- Assist with reporting, data management, and the preparation of HR-related information as required.
- Support the coordination of HR activities, projects, meetings, and employee communications.
- Help ensure HR policies, procedures, and company records are maintained and updated.
- Provide general office administration support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
- Coordinate office supplies, facilities, meetings, and company events as required.
- Liaise with employees, managers, external suppliers, and service providers in a professional manner.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects when required.
- Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities as reasonably requested by the HR Manager in line with the needs of the business.
Requirements
- Previous HR administration experience.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
