The Business Development Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the firm’s growth ambitions by driving high‑quality lead generation, client outreach and pipeline management. You will help ensure prospective clients enjoy a professional, positive experience from their very first interaction, while enabling advisors to focus on delivering excellent outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and research prospective clients and referral opportunities using a variety of tools, platforms and approaches.
- Conduct outreach and initial conversations to build rapport, understand needs, and arrange introductions to the appropriate advisors.
- Manage inbound enquiries and referrals, ensuring timely triage and smooth, efficient handover to the right teams.
- Maintain high‑quality data and accurate records within internal systems to support transparent pipeline management.
- Produce regular activity reports and pipeline updates that inform decision‑making and support team performance.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for wider business development initiatives, including events.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights, feedback and ideas that enhance our approach.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 years’ experience in a client‑facing or commercially focused role; experience in wealth management is helpful but not essential.
- Background in Sales and/or Business Development with experience engaging prospective clients.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to grow and advance business initiatives.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage individual opportunities while supporting broader team priorities.

- Experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau (preferred).
- Strong Excel skills (advanced functionality) and confidence using PowerPoint for presentations.
