The Role

This is a full time, permanent role offering reliable, year-round work, where you will be part of a local depot team that works together day to day, backed by a growing national group.
We operate a busy and well-structured transport operation, where the work is there, the expectations are clear and everyone plays their part in keeping things running smoothly.

You will be driving a mix of work including:
· School and education transport
· Corporate shuttle services
· High-volume passenger transport
· Local and longer-distance routes
This is steady, consistent work across the week, with a clear structure and regular hours.
You will also:
· Carry out daily vehicle checks
· Support passengers during their journeys
· Work closely with the operations team to keep services running to time

In return, you can expect:
Pay and hours:
· £16 per hour
· Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week
· Regular overtime available
· Most drivers work between 50 and 55 hours per week
This gives you a realistic weekly earnings of:
£1000 per week depending on hours worked
