This established, five-surgery mixed NHS and private practice in Newcastle is offering a rare opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join a stable, low-turnover team, with a genuine route to future practice ownership.
The Principal is looking for a long-term successor who will grow alongside the practice and, over the next five years, take the reins as owner. You'll earn £15-£16 per UDA (dependent on experience), with a negotiable UDA allocation and real scope to build your private and aligner work. Working 3-4 days a week (Tuesday to Friday preferred), you'll have the hands-on backing of a Principal Dentist with over 30 years at the practice, and a clear opportunity to help shape its future.

- GDC registration (mandatory)
- NHS Performer Number (mandatory)

- A confident all-round clinician with an interest in restorative and aligner treatment
- A strong communicator with a genuinely patient-centred approach
- Someone keen to play an active part in the practice's continued growth

- Exact/SOE practice management software
