Prowise Healthcare is a trusted supplement brand dedicated to improving health and well-being through high-quality, science-backed products. We’re expanding our presence on TikTok Shop and are seeking an experienced and energetic TikTok Account Manager to lead our TikTok Shop LIVE initiatives and creator collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Host engaging and high-energy TikTok Shop LIVE sessions, presenting our supplements in an informative and persuasive manner to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Plan and manage live streaming schedules, including weekends when required.
- Collaborate with TikTok creators and influencers to build brand presence and campaign effectiveness.
- Creating TikTok content as per the current trend requires many short videos for daily content to post on the Prowise official account and some from the Tik-Tok Manager account
- Manage and grow the company's TikTok presence in collaboration with our TikTok agency.
- Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Coordinate with the agency to plan, review, and optimise content calendars and paid campaigns.
- Research trends, viral content, and platform updates to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Generate and pitch creative content ideas, campaign concepts, and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor account performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all TikTok content and communications.
- Work closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver engaging, high-performing content.
- Test new formats, creative approaches, and audience engagement strategies to improve results.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop Live or similar e-commerce live streaming platforms.
- Confident on-camera presence with strong communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, sales-driven mindset and ability to engage audiences effectively.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with influencers and creators.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Pay: £24,420.00-£27,500.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Uxbridge
