About the Role
You’ll be supporting vulnerable adults across a range of services, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently.
Your duties will include:
- Providing personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility, including safe moving and handling
- Completing light housekeeping tasks
- Supporting social and recreational activities
- Administering medication where required
- Driving clients to appointments or outings
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting changes
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months UK care experience (12 months for PLUS contract)
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A good understanding of care needs and safeguarding
- Full UK driving licence & access to a car (not applicable for zero hour contracts)
- Reliability, compassion, and a positive attitude
