Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly attitude
- Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and recommend popular or special items to enhance the dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff for efficient service
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs promptly
- Upsell menu items or specials to maximize guest enjoyment and restaurant sales
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations while adhering to food safety standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper serving techniques
- Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining excellent guest service
- Basic math skills for processing orders and payments accurately
- Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, providing insight into food preparation and presentation
- Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy hours

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
